PayTransparency vs. Your ATS's pay-range fields
Most applicant tracking systems now have a place to enter a pay range, and some will show it on the job board. That solves part of the problem.
A pay-range field doesn't check whether the posting also needs a benefits description, whether the range is broad enough to raise good-faith questions, or which states a remote role is exposed to. PayTransparency reads the published posting and checks it against each law that applies.
