Check every Lever posting for pay-transparency compliance
Check every posting on your Lever job board against state pay-transparency laws. Paste your jobs.lever.co URL to find roles missing a compliant salary range or benefits description.
Lever postings are written by many hiring managers and recruiters, and pay-range language drifts from one to the next. A range that satisfies one state's law can fall short in another.
PayTransparency reads your public Lever board and checks all open postings together, so inconsistencies show up side by side.
How it works
- Copy your board URL. It looks like jobs.lever.co/yourcompany.
- Paste it into the scanner. Every open role is pulled and checked against the laws for its location and work type.
- Fix what it flags. Each violation names the rule it breaks and what to change. Update the posting in Lever and re-scan.
Board URL format: jobs.lever.co/yourcompany
Lever specifics
- Lever's salary fields and the posting description can disagree. The scanner checks what is published on the board.
- Remote roles are checked against the states they can be performed from, which is where most unexpected exposure comes from.
Questions
Do I need to give PayTransparency access to my ATS?
No. The scanner reads the same public job board candidates see. There is no login, API key or app to install, and nothing is written back to your ATS.
What does it check?
Each posting is checked against the pay-transparency rules for every place the role can be performed: whether a pay range is present and specific enough, whether benefits or bonus language is required, and whether a remote role pulls in another state's law.
